Average arrival time is 2-4 days using USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept any US-issued credit/debit cards such as but not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB & UnionPay. The following card types are accepted: Credit, Corporate, Debit (processed like credit), Prepaid & Rewards.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Our website is hosted using a secure platform and protected with SHA-2 & 2048-bit encryption also known as a SSL Certificate. By using our credit card processor, your information is encrypted from the second you enter your data.
How do I place an Order?
Visit our Shop and add your favorite products to the cart. When you’re ready to checkout, click the cart at the top of the page and follow the instructions for inputting your billing/mailing address and payment information. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has successfully been processed.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please send an email to support@santacruzcbdbrands.com to speak to a Customer Representative.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order using the tracking number in your Order confirmation email.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return your unopened, undamaged product in new condition within 30 days for a refund. If you would like to return your order, please contact support@santacruzcbdbrands.com with the following information:
- Order ID
- Items you would like to return
- Reason for return
Santa Cruz CBD Brands will issue a return authorization (RA) based on the information you provide. We cannot accept items which are returned without an RA, or are not included in your RA. Santa Cruz CBD Brands does not provide freight for returns.
